Responsibilities
Corporate
- Monitoring bank transactions and managing client payments.
- Reconciling cash and credit card balances.
- Managing and auditing cash-on-delivery payments.
- Reviewing transportation costs.
- Overseeing compensation claims.
- Managing public sector withholdings (filing, contacting public entities for withholding documents, and entering them into the financial and commercial management software).
- Conducting credit checks for clients and suppliers (verifying supplier account statements and sending client account statements).
- Preparing and sending ESPA subsidy confirmations to clients.
- Recording invoices from domestic and international suppliers (including import file reviews).
- Recording fixed assets and expenses and ensuring their accuracy.
- Inputting and verifying cash transactions.
Labor-related
- Handling procedures for staff hiring, resignations, and terminations.
- Maintaining leave records and announcing leave schedules.
- Digitally archiving corporate documents.
- Preparing employment contracts for company staff.
Required Qualifications
- University/College degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least one year of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong command of English (written and spoken).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Negotiation skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
- Team spirit and respect for colleagues.
- Attention to detail and precision.
- Fulfilled military obligations (for male candidates).
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with commercial applications.
- Knowledge of general accounting software.
- Holder of a Class B Accountant-Tax Consultant certificate.
