The electric mortise lock designed for use with the UniFi Access system offers reliable security thanks to its fail-secure design – during a power outage, the door system remains locked. With a holding force of up to 227 kg, it ensures high mechanical durability and is ideal for offices, commercial spaces, or entrances with high access control requirements. Powered by 12 V DC (200 mA) and optimized for efficient consumption, it serves as an effective solution for long-term operation. Its universal compatibility allows it to be installed in wooden, steel, and aluminum frames, enabling broad use across various building types.

The lock is equipped with durable stainless steel faceplates of 3 mm thickness and comes with options for different types of doors. Installation is simple, especially in conjunction with the UniFi Access Hub, where it enables centralized management of access rights throughout the system. With compact dimensions (101 × 25 × 31 mm), it easily adapts to narrow door profiles. The operating temperature range from -10 °C to +60 °C ensures reliable operation in various climatic conditions, making it a robust solution for both indoor and protected outdoor use.
