Shipment Options

SHIPMENT & DELIVERY OPTIONS – TIME OF DELIVERY 

1. Pickup from our store at 26th km Marathonos Ave., Rafina, Attica. To pick up your order from our store, you must first contact one of our sales representatives to confirm the accuracy and availability of your order. Furthermore, for orders that need to be processed before execution (e.g. hard-wired products or specific length of cable etc.) you must first be notified of the exact time they will be available for pickup. You may pick up an order from our store on working days from 09:15 to 17:30 upon relevant agreement. 
2. Delivery by a courier partner. Our courier partners include Geniki Taxydromiki, ELTA and ACS Courier. Shipping costs are indicated in the table below:

* To calculate the weight of a shipment, the volume of selected products is also taken into account, and the final weight shall be determined by the greatest number (either actual or volumetric weight).
Our courier partners for shipments to Cyprus include Geniki Taxydromiki. 
3. Delivery by a courier or logistics company determined by the customer. Upon agreement and selection of a payment option either by credit card or bank transfer, the goods may be shipped by the customer’s preferred carrier.
4. Delivery by a logistics company for particular destinations in Greece (shipments outside Attica). The specific method of transport should be chosen in cases of bulky parcels and of course after the products of an order have been paid for. The order is delivered by a logistics company on the day following the full payment of the order, provided the payment has been made by 14:00. The delivery of the products takes place at the headquarters of the logistics company that you will indicate to us (within Attica) and then there is a charge for the recipient based on the price list of the logistics company. For purchases over 600€, shipping costs are free.

Time of delivery:
All orders are shipped from Monday to Friday by 15:30 except on national holidays. Any order placed after the above mentioned shipping hours shall be executed on the following working day, given the product availability. For the exact times of delivery, you should contact the relevant courier companies, by indicating your shipment number, or the logistics company, where appropriate.
You may also track your order through the courier websites. You will receive your shipment number by email for orders placed online.

* To pick up from local courier branches, you should inform our sales department when placing your online order. 
** On Saturdays, delivery by courier comes at an extra cost. 
*** Our courier partners do not offer same-day delivery options.

**** Attention! If you notice any visible damage to the package upon delivery (e.g. punctures, creases, worn wraps), do not accept the package and immediately contact our sales department.  


5) Same Day Delivery Service. Our company, realizing the needs of its customers, implements a new innovative service aiming at faster and safer delivery of orders within Attica. This new service serves:
a) Orders that are made daily after 15:30 and therefore can not be delivered by the courier companies the following day.
b) Orders made every day until 11:30 and our customers want delivery the same day. We distribute our orders through our company's cars from 12:30 to 17:30 upon customer's agreement.
Essential requirement to provide our driver with a temporary parking space. In case this is not feasible it is necessary to ensure direct contact with the customer in order to complete the delivery in time.
Orders made on weekends and bank holidays will be executed on the next business day, given the availability and the order of priority of the orders.
The same day delivery service is only available for orders with values over 100,00 €.
In order to provide improved services to meet the needs of our customers the shipping cost is highly competitive with other delivery methods and in particular for a basic package weighing up to 5kg the transport costs are 5,00 €. The exact cost of transport is automatically calculated when each order is placed on our site by choosing the specific delivery method.
This service will support payment in cash to our driver at no extra cost. In addition, card payment is supported upon receipt of your order.

Take advantage of the Same Day Delivery Service also for your faulty devices if you are within Attica, with a charge of 5€ for each device and every delivery or delivery route of our company. (This service is offered in consultation with our technical department)

* Attention! In line with the applicable Greek law (Law 4172/2013 article 23) any orders executed by invoices worth €500 or more, must be paid either by bank transfer in any of our bank accounts or by credit/debit card.

For purchases over €600, shipping is free for shipments within Attica. This offer may not be combined with other offers or with any applicable reseller partnership policies adopted by XPATIT S.A..
